The Fern Hotels & Resorts has signed two new hotels to its portfolio in the Indian state of Uttarakhand, marking a significant expansion in the region.
The upcoming properties, 81-key Debu’s The Fern, Jim Corbett and the 46-key Grand Legacy Beacon, Dehradun, are set to enhance the company’s offerings in the state, joining operational sites in Mussoorie, Haridwar, and Bhimtal.

The construction of Debu’s The Fern, Jim Corbett is underway, and is expected to open next year.
The hotel will feature 81 rooms and a variety of facilities, including food and beverage options, banquet and conferencing spaces, and spacious lawns ideal for corporate events and weddings.

Set to open in December 2024, Grand Legacy Beacon, Dehradun, will offer a sophisticated hospitality experience with 46 rooms and facilities for dining, conferences, and social events.
Its rooftop terrace and courtyard will accommodate up to 200 guests, making it suitable for various gatherings.
