Fine Acers has announced plans to develop The Resort Udaipur, a 135-acre property with 250 rooms, as part of the Rising Rajasthan initiative of the Government of Rajasthan, a state in India.
The project, which aims to complete by the 2027-2028 financial year, is expected to cater to both domestic and international tourists and stimulate the local economy in various sectors.
During the Rising Rajasthan Summit, Fine Acers signed a memorandum of understanding with the Government of Rajasthan, represented by principal secretary Vaibhav Galeria, reports ETHospitality.
Prioritising sustainability, Fine Acers plans to incorporate eco-friendly design, green technologies, and sustainable materials into the resort’s construction.
Fine Acres managing director Dinesh Yadav said: “With The Resort Udaipur, we are investing not only in a luxury resort but in the future of Rajasthan as a global tourism destination.
“Our vision is to merge high-end tourism with sustainable practices, offering guests an experience that respects the environment while celebrating Rajasthan’s vibrant culture. This project will set a new benchmark for responsible tourism in India.”

Kamah Hotels & Resorts with Wyndham Hotels & Resorts signed a $70m deal.
These properties will be part of the Trademark Collection by Wyndham, marking the introduction of the brand to the UAE.
In addition, Fine Acers is planning to develop around 5,000 keys properties over the next five years.
