Fortune Hotels, an upscale hotel chain under ITC Hotels, has signed an operating agreement for a hotel in the Indian state of Himachal Pradesh, the ET Hospitality World reported.
Located in the hill station of Khajjiar, the hotel is an existing property, currently undergoing renovation.
The hotel will include an all-day diner, a bar and a banquet hall. Other amenities will include a kids’ play area, a swimming pool, a gym and a spa.
Situated at an altitude of 6,500ft, the property offers views of the surrounding landscapes and is in close proximity to Khajjiar Lake.
The hotel provides guests access to major tourist attractions in the region including Dalhousie, which is within an hour’s driving distance from the hotel.
