Four Seasons Hotel Chicago is preparing to reopen to guests from next week after the completion of a multimillion-dollar renovation project.
In August 2020, the 347-room Four Seasons Hotel Chicago announced a hotel-wide transformation to offer its guests all-new designs and experiences representing Chicago’s history and vibrancy.
The fully transformed five-star hotel will open on 30 April to provide new enhanced food, drink and entertainment offerings, in-room experiences, family-centric activities and more.
The hotel features a reconceptualised lobby and social lounge; a new restaurant and bar; newly designed specialty suites and apartments; and enhanced event spaces.
The project saw the involvement of international architecture and interior design firm Rottet Studio, Chicago-based art consultant Shashi Caudill, James Beard Award-winning Chef Jonathon Sawyer and San Francisco-based design firm BAMO.
The lobby has been redesigned to promote socialising, live entertainment, and engaging food and beverage offerings.
The hotel partnered with BELLOSOUND to curate Chicago inspired music programming.
It has also collaborated with James Beard Award-winning Chef Jonathon Sawyer to open a new signature Adorn Bar & Restaurant featuring globally inspired menu.
BAMO redesigned the hotel’s one- and two-bedroom suites and two- and three-bedroom apartment units.
The Presidential Suite was entirely redesigned by Rottet Studio. The 2,700ft2 luxury suite is located in the corner of the 46th floor.
The 7th and 8th floors of the hotel have dedicated more than 23,000ft2 of event space, including the Grand Ballroom.
