Canadian hotel and resort company Four Seasons and investment company Paulson Puerto Rico have announced the luxury brand’s expansion into the Caribbean with the management of a new resort and residences in Bahia Beach, Rio Grande.

Set to open as Four Seasons Resort Puerto Rico in late 2025, the 483-acre property will undergo renovations to preserve the local surroundings while offering reimagined accommodations.

Four Seasons Resort and Private Residences Puerto Rico will feature 139 renovated rooms and suites, along with 85 private residences.

The resort will include additional existing units that will be a part of the residential portfolio upon reopening.

Guests and residents will have direct access to two miles of sandy beaches, walking trails, pools, tennis courts, and an 18-hole golf course, all set against the backdrop of the ocean, and rainforest.
