Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts with Austin Capital Partners have announced Turnbridge Equities as the new co-development partner for Four Seasons Private Residences Lake Austin.
JLL and Cobalt Equities facilitated the transaction.
Turnbridge’s investment will enable the commencement of construction this autumn (September to November), with the project’s completion anticipated by the end of 2027.

The upcoming resort property will feature approximately 100,000ft² of private amenities.

By GlobalDataLocated amid 2,000 acres of protected land, the development spans 145 acres and offers 3,070 linear feet of waterfront.
The community will be home to four resort clubs, comprising Upper Clubhouse, Indoor Sports Club, Spa and Wellness Club and the Orangerie, an indoor garden with an 82ft indoor pool.
The Upper Clubhouse will include a private restaurant, a 96-seat theatre with a lounge, and a 300ft infinity-edge pool.
The Indoor Sports Club will offer a range of facilities, including private training rooms, golf simulators, and courts for basketball, tennis, and pickleball.
The Spa and Wellness Club is set to feature plunge pools, treatment rooms, and sauna, steam facilities, and more.
The development will also include the Lake Clubhouse, the Owners Boating Club, and a funicular providing access from the hilltop to the lake.
Last month, Four Seasons Hotel Toronto in Canada concluded a multi-million-dollar revamp of guest rooms, to offer improved comfort, functionality, and design.
