Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts (Four Seasons) will build a new luxury resort on Sindalah Island as part of the Neom futuristic mega-city project in north-western Saudi Arabia.
Spanning approximately 840,000m², the Sindalah Island is part of a group of islands being developed in Neom, in the Red Sea. It is proposed to be the first luxury island and yacht club destination of the Neom master project.
Four Seasons has partnered with Hotel Development – the Neom project division that is tasked with the development of a future-centric hospitality ecosystem in the Neom area.
The proposed resort will offer 225 guest rooms and suites with terraces providing views of the beaches of the Red Sea. In addition, it will feature 52 villas comprising one to four-bedroom configurations along with plunge pools.
Guests choosing the Presidential and Royal Villas will have access to private swimming pools, gyms and yacht docks.
Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts global business development and portfolio management president Bart Carnahan said: “Four Seasons’ upcoming resort in Neom will be a one-of-a-kind project, blending the natural wonders of the Red Sea with the future-forward technologies on which this new, exciting destination is being built.
