Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts has collaborated with Shahid Khan through Iguana Investments Florida to construct a new hotel and private residences in downtown Jacksonville, Florida, the US.

The new Four Seasons Hotel and Private Residences Jacksonville, anticipated to open in 2026, will be a part of the first phase of the Jacksonville Shipyards development.

To be built on the banks of the St. Johns River, the hotel and private residences will feature 170 rooms and suites and 26 private residences.

It will also boast four dining and lounge outlets including an all-day restaurant, lobby bar, a signature rooftop restaurant and bar and pool bar and grill.

The Four Seasons Hotel will also include multiple outdoor pools with cabana service, meeting and event space, a spa, a gym and activities for kids.

The new hotel and private residences will be situated next to the Sports Complex and the proposed Stadium of the Future, which is a renovated EverBank Stadium that will be home to the Jacksonville Jaguars.
