Canada-based international hotel company Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts has revealed its plan to open three new properties in Egypt.
This plan will be undertaken in collaboration with real estate developer Talaat Moustafa Group (TMG).
The properties include Four Seasons Hotel Luxor, Four Seasons Hotel and Private Residences New Cairo Capital at Madinaty and Four Seasons Resort and Private Residences Sharm El Sheikh.
Madinaty and Luxor properties will be introduced under an upcoming phase of strategic growth, while a new residential addition will be included in the Sharm El Sheikh property, which has recently undergone a multi-million-dollar enhancement.
The new residential addition will consist of 25 villas and 44 two-bedroom ensuite chalets.
Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts Global Business Development and Portfolio Management president Bart Carnahan said: “Our continued expansion illustrates our ongoing commitment to the region, and all that it has to offer for luxury travellers and homeowners.
