Renowned luxury hotel brand Grand Hyatt plans to open more than ten new properties by 2027 to expand its global footprint.
Grand Hyatt global brand leader vice president Emily Wright said: “With the upcoming planned openings and the re-investment into existing hotels, we continue to bring the timeless Grand Hyatt brand experience to our guests in more captivating destinations, from Mexico to China.”
The brand’s growth strategy includes re-investment in existing hotels and about 12 new openings, which will feature impressive architecture, expansive lobbies, bold design, well-appointed guestrooms and luxurious event spaces.
The new Grand Hyatt locations include Deer Valley, Grand Cayman Resort & Spa, The Red Sea, and Cancun Beach Resort. The openings for these hotels will take place between this year and 2026.
The Grand Hyatt Deer Valley hotel in Utah will feature 436 guest rooms, suites, and residences, alongside mountainside event facilities launching direct access to Deer Valley’s ski terrains.
Located near Seven Mile Beach, the Grand Hyatt Grand Cayman Resort & Spa hotel will feature 382 rooms, over 47,000ft² meeting space, a 9,000ft² spa with 14 treatment rooms and a range of wellness facilities.
