The Hyatt Regency Scottsdale Resort & Spa at Gainey Ranch, Arizona is undergoing a $115m renovation and rebranding initiative that will transform the property into Grand Hyatt Scottsdale Resort.
Slated to launch in early October 2024 after the overhaul, this will be the first Grand Hyatt hotel in Arizona.
Led by WATG and Hale Collective, the revamp includes upgrades to accommodations, dining options, the pool area, and meeting spaces.
Each guest room will feature a multi-functional living space, a spa-inspired bathroom, and a private balcony or patio.
Six new dining experiences, developed in partnership with celebrity chef Richard Blais, are part of the resort’s transformation.
The four upcoming venues will comprise La Zozzona, Tiki Taka, Mesa Centrale, and Grand Vista Lounge.
