American multinational hospitality company Hyatt Hotels has announced the completion of a $115m renovation at the Grand Hyatt Scottsdale Resort.
Earlier known as Hyatt Regency Scottsdale Resort & Spa at Gainey Ranch, the property is Arizona’s first Grand Hyatt hotel.
The resort’s transformation was led by WATG and Hale Collective, featuring 496 updated guest rooms, including 18 Casitas and the Gainey House.
The design embraces the essence of the American Southwest, offering guests a variety of accommodation options with multi-purpose living spaces, spa-inspired bathrooms, and outdoor areas.
The resort’s outdoor offerings include a 2.5-acre pool complex featuring ten swimming pools, a sand beach, and cabanas.
Additional recreation activities include the adjacent Gainey Ranch Golf Club and two tennis courts.
