Hard Rock International and Pointe Vista Holding have announced plans to develop a new hotel and residences at Lake Texoma on the Texas-Oklahoma border in the US.
The plan involves the construction of the Hard Rock Hotel at Lake Texoma, as well as The Residences at Hard Rock Hotel Lake Texoma.
Construction work related to the Hard Rock Hotel and Residences, which is located within the Pointe Vista development, is expected to begin in March this year.
The hotel and residences will join a 2,700-acre resort community, with more than 19 miles of shoreline and a variety of attractions such as a golf course, waterpark, entertainment centre, an amphitheatre, and casino.
This development is expected to generate over 9,000 jobs.
Scheduled to open in the second quarter of 2026, the Hard Rock Hotel and Residences will be the sole resort in the region catering to North Texas and the State of Oklahoma with various amenities, the company noted.
