Hard Rock International has partnered with Major Food Group (MFG) to develop and curate dining experiences at Hard Rock Hotel & Casino locations worldwide.
This collaboration will see MFG providing advisory services for new food and beverage programming at Hard Rock’s existing resorts.
These include the Seminole Hard Rock Hotels & Casinos in Hollywood and Tampa, along with the Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Atlantic City.
The partnership also extends to Hard Rock properties currently under development, such as the anticipated Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Athens.
MFG will assist in creating restaurant concepts that align with Hard Rock’s vision for providing ‘exceptional’ hospitality experiences.
Hard Rock International chairman and Seminole Gaming CEO Jim Allen said: “We always strive to provide our guests with memorable dining experiences, so we could think of no better partner to take things to new levels at these properties than the team at Major Food Group.”

By GlobalDataMajor Food Group co-owner Jeff Zalaznick said: “This is a truly unique opportunity to bring MFG’s deep expertise and innovation together with a hotel and casino leader to provide incredible food and beverage experiences for Hard Rock guests at locations both here and abroad.”
This initiative builds on the collaboration between the two companies, which began with the CARBONE residency at Cipresso, located in the Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Hollywood.
The residency was part of the ‘New Era in Gaming for Florida’ celebration, commemorating Seminole Gaming’s introduction of Craps, Roulette, and Sports Betting at six of its locations in the state in December last year.
The latest partnership comes just after Hard Rock and Pointe Vista Holding revealed plans to develop a hotel and residences at Lake Texoma in the US last month.
The plan involves the construction of the Hard Rock Hotel at Lake Texoma, as well as The Residences at Hard Rock Hotel Lake Texoma.
