The development pipeline now contains 34 locations representing 10 of Hilton’s brands. Four of these are making their debut in the country.

Hilton Istanbul Airport: a flagship addition

One of the highlights is the Hilton Istanbul Airport, a 491-room property strategically located at Turkey’s busiest transport hub.

Expected to open in the summer of 2025, it follows a management agreement with Taya Gayrimenkul Yatırım İşletmeleri Anonim Şirketi.

This flagship addition will enhance Hilton’s airport hotel portfolio and mark its first presence at the globally renowned iGA Istanbul Airport.

In the historic Karaköy neighborhood, Hilton is set to introduce Les Temps Istanbul Karakoy, Curio Collection, following a franchise agreement with Kocak Gold Kuyumculuk Dis Ticaret A S.

DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel and Suites Istanbul Altunizade

Scheduled for a summer 2024 opening, the DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel and Suites Istanbul Altunizade will be strategically positioned near the city’s First Bridge, connecting both sides of Istanbul. 

Offering 240 guest rooms, diverse culinary experiences and extensive meeting facilities, the property caters to both business and leisure travellers.

DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel and Suites Istanbul Altunizade will join 29 trading hotels under the DoubleTree by Hilton brand in Turkey.

Tapestry Collection by Hilton’s Turkey debut

The Tapestry Collection by Hilton is set to make its debut in Turkey with the opening of Ritus Hotel Istanbul Sultanahmet, featuring 51 guest rooms, in spring 2025.

The Tapestry Collection by Hilton portfolio now includes more than 115 hotels. 

Hampton by Hilton’s rapid expansion

Five new Hampton by Hilton hotels are set to open in Turkey, joining 17 currently trading. The additions include properties in Ankara, Adana, Sisli and Merter (Istanbul).

All Hampton properties are expected to be open before the end of 2026, with Hampton by Hilton Antalya Airport and Hampton by Hilton Merter scheduled for 2024 and Hampton Istanbul Sisli due to open in early 2025.
