Hilton Garden Inn Bethesda Downtown in the US state of Maryland has completed renovations worth $4m.
The renovation encompasses the lobby, spaces for meetings and events, bar and lounge, restaurant, and the addition of a new fitness centre.
Located at 7301 Waverly Street, Bethesda, the 216-room property is owned by Dauntless Capital Partners.
It now offers improved Wi-Fi capabilities, advanced UNO Net television systems, keyless entry locks among others.
This overhaul, led by Premier Design Firm, introduces a muted colour palette with accents inspired by Bethesda’s seasonal changes.
The lobby and public areas have been reconfigured for communal interaction, reported HospitalityNet.

Garden Grille, Hilton Garden Inn Bethesda Downtown’s signature restaurant and lobby bar, is now serving dishes made with fresh, locally sourced ingredients.
The newly established fitness centre offers a Peloton Bike and Precor machines.
Hotel asset management and advisory company Twin Bridges Hospitality serves as the hotel’s asset manager, while hotel management and investment company HHM Hotels is responsible for its operations.

Situated within walking distance to local shops and restaurants, the hotel is also one block from the Bethesda Metro Station, providing access to Georgetown, downtown Washington DC, and more.
Recently, Hilton announced the introduction of its premium economy brand, Spark by Hilton, in Austria with two new properties in Vienna set to open later in 2024.
