Hospitality company Hilton and Parks Hospitality have reached an agreement to launch the Conrad luxury brand hotel in Los Cabos, marking its entry into the Baja California Sur peninsula, Mexico.
Slated to open its doors in 2027, the luxury hotel is poised to offer guests an array of bold designs, contemporary art, and premium amenities, including a golf course designed by Ernie Els.
Hilton Caribbean and Latin America region development, architecture, design and construction senior vice-president Juan Corvinos said: “The signing of Conrad Los Cabos is a significant milestone for Hilton’s expanding luxury portfolio in Mexico.”
Designed by Legorreta Architects, Conrad Los Cabos will feature a colour palette inspired by the local environment, incorporating terracotta, sand tones, and art that reflects the region’s flora and fauna.
The resort offers a selection of 175 accommodations, ranging from 111 guest rooms with a 500ft² interior, 200ft² outdoor living space, and private plunge pools to 21 suites and 43 Conrad Residences with up to four bedrooms.
Each of the Conrad Residences will feature terraces and outdoor living areas. The resort amenities are set to include a 3,000ft² spa with ten treatment rooms, a fitness centre, and a full-service bridal suite.

More than 500ft² of meeting space and boutique shops will cater to business and leisure needs.
The Conrad Residences at Conrad Los Cabos will also offer in-residence spa services, fitness training, personal concierge, and private chef and event catering.

Situated within the OLEADA Pacific Living & Golf community, Conrad Los Cabos will benefit from its proximity to an Ernie Els-designed golf course and downtown Cabo San Lucas.
The oceanfront resort community is set to offer a blend of resort and residential experiences against the backdrop of the Pacific Ocean.
