Hilton has reached an agreement with M Hospitality to launch a new resort in Ras Al Khaimah, UAE, in the fourth quarter of 2026.

The upcoming Hilton Marjan Island Beach Resort & Spa will feature 315 spacious king rooms and 35 suites.

It will also offer six restaurants and bars, a fitness club, a spa and wellness centre, an executive lounge and a 360° sky pool with views of the Arabian Gulf.

Additional facilities include tennis courts, a kids club, a dedicated children’s pool and a playground.

Situated next to the Hampton by Hilton Marjan Island Hotel, the resort will be an hour’s drive from Dubai International Airport and 20 minutes from Ras Al Khaimah International Airport.
