Christie & Co, a specialist business property advisor, has been appointed to manage the sale of the Grade I listed Hintlesham Hall Hotel & Spa in Suffolk, UK.
The property, which dates back to the 14th century, is being offered freehold at a guide price of £7.5m ($9.54m).
Hintlesham Hall is set across 7.8ha of land and features 32 ensuite bedrooms, along with private dining options, corporate rooms, and function and spa facilities.
Additionally, the hotel provides access to the 6,500-yard Par 72 Hintlesham Golf Club, which spans 150 acres of the Suffolk countryside.
In 1983, cookery writer Ruth Watson acquired the hotel from American chef Robert Carrier and carried out renovation and expansion works, elevating the property to a four-star status.
The current proprietors have continued to upgrade the hotel’s facilities and expand the services offered to guests.
