Hotel du Vin York, situated on The Mount, UK, has completed its £9m ($11.83m) refurbishment effort to blend an old-world charm and modern luxury.

This renovation is part of a broader initiative across the Hotel Du Vin brand, which encompasses 19 properties.

It is aimed at enhancing the individuality of each hotel while connecting each hotel within the brand to the others.

Designer Anita Rosato led the refurbishment programme, which commenced at One Devonshire Gardens in Glasgow.

Following the renovation, the brand has extended its refurbishment efforts to its properties in Poole, Cheltenham.

Additionally, refurbishments are set to begin at the old Sugar House in Bristol and Cannizaro House in Wimbledon before the end of the year.
