Hotel Effectiveness has launched Team Wellness Check-In, a new enhancement to its MyHotelTeam application, to address the safety and health concerns amid Covid-19 pandemic.
The new feature enables a safe and efficient return-to-work process by offering simple and secure, CDC-compliant self-screening process for each associate before every shift.
Managers will receive an instant alert when a team member reports a symptom through the app. They also can monitor which associates have completed each day’s check-in.
This added feature is claimed to provide associates with confidence in the health and safety of their workplace.
Guests will arrive knowing that the hotel staff is taking measures to protect them during their stay, the company noted.
The data obtained through Team Wellness Check-In are guaranteed to be private and secure.
