Beechwood Pinnacle Hotels has selected Hotel Equities, a full-scale hotel management, ownership, and development company, to operate the AC Hotel by Marriott in Kansas City, US.
The hotel, which is located at 906 Grand Blvd in the historic Rialto Building in downtown Kansas City, is co-owned and developed by Beechwood Pinnacle.
It is expected to open in June 2024.
Beechwood Pinnacle has chosen Hotel Equities to oversee the crucial pre-opening phase and the ongoing operational management of the property.
Beechwood Pinnacle chief development officer Chet Patel said: “We are thrilled to have Hotel Equities onboard to assist us with the final preparations for the grand opening and to continue as our operating partner moving forward. The development of the AC Hotel in the historic Rialto Building has been a significant endeavour for us, and selecting the right operations partner was crucial to ensuring its success.”
The AC Hotel KC Downtown will have 239 keys, along with various modern amenities while preserving the building’s architectural heritage.

The AC Hotel Rialto will be the third property in Kansas City to be managed by Hotel Equities.
The general contractor for the hotel is VCC, working alongside Campo Architects, who are also co-owners of the project.

In January, Hotel Equities formed a strategic partnership with US private equity company PPC Enterprises to invest in future mergers and acquisitions, strategic alliances, joint ventures, and acquisitions.
