Hotel booking and travel technology platform HotelPlanner is to serve as the exclusive accommodation provider for the next four US and Canada National Event Management (NEM)-organised events.
Founded in 1983, NEM organises more than 40 annual consumer events with more than 250,000 attendees across the US and Canada.
HotelPlanner will host all attendees and exhibitors at The National Franchise Show Canada/USA, which will tour 25 cities to offer business opportunities and seminars; The National Women’s Show, which is exhibiting in five cities and will showcase fashion, food and entertainment; The Outdoor Adventure Show which will demonstrate destinations and outdoor gear, and the TO Food and Drink Fest, to be stationed in Toronto, Canada. These events are scheduled for late 2024 and early 2025.
Events and exhibitions are lucrative opportunities for hotel brands and provide useful forecasting for booking rates.
NEM president Fred Cox commented: “This partnership will ensure a seamless and stress-free experience for everyone involved.”
HotelPlanner co-founder and CEO Tim Hentschel added: “National Event Management’s reputation for excellence aligns perfectly with our commitment to providing exceptional service to our guests.”
