
Hyatt has announced the opening of a dual-branded hotel, Hyatt Place Leeds and Hyatt House Leeds, in the UK.
Hyatt Place Leeds features 217 “soundproof” rooms while Hyatt House Leeds offers 88 apartment-style rooms, catering to guests looking for a more residential experience.
Designed by DLA Architects and Studio Two, Hyatt Place Leeds and Hyatt House Leeds are BREEAM-certified and fully electric.
The hotel also features a rooftop bar and restaurant on the 12th floor, which offers Latin American flavours and live music.
The property is also equipped to host various events, with four meeting rooms available with the largest space measuring 223ft² (20.8m²).

In October 2024, Hyatt Hotels announced the opening of Park Hyatt London River Thames hotel in the UK.
