Hyatt Hotels Corporation has unveiled its new Event Experience Guides, Together by Hyatt, designed to offer information that a meeting planner needs in one place.
This guide will offer event planners an interactive online platform, which will feature details on menus, well-being experience options, sustainability practices, event spaces, and guestrooms.
The platform enables users to have a flexible and easy way of navigating the event planning process as it provides customised property-specific resources.
The property specific planning resources include real-time information to streamline the communication between the planners and property groups; an easy-to-use, interactive interface that exhibits all information a planner could require to hold a successful meeting and event such as venue photography, capacity charts, detailed floor plans; curated food and beverage menus that is specific to a particular location; access to wellbeing specialists via videos
Hyatt global head of sales and revenue Jack Horne said: “The Event Experience Guide is an evolution of our meeting and event philosophy Together by Hyatt, which truly reimagined the meeting experience for our group customers. It invites planners to easily explore our suite of tools and inspiration on their own terms.
“We reached a milestone in our recovery with group rooms revenue fully recovered to 2019 levels in the fourth quarter with rates 15 percent above 2019, a testament to our customers prioritising in-person interaction and connection.”
