Hyatt Hotels, through its affiliate, has signed six new management and franchise agreements for hotels in Europe.
The brands involved in the agreements include The Unbound Collection by Hyatt, JdV by Hyatt, Hyatt Centric, and Hyatt Regency.
The deals form part of the Hyatt’s strategy to expand its brand portfolio in Europe by the end of 2023.
Hyatt expects the six new agreements to increase its brand presence in France, Germany, Italy, Spain, and Switzerland.
Hyatt Europe development vice-president Felicity Black-Roberts said: “The newly executed agreements highlight the positive strides we are making towards our growth strategy in Europe, and the new projects sit alongside a strong pipeline of Hyatt-branded hotels scheduled to open over the coming years.
“With these new deals, we are asserting our expertise in leisure destinations, reinforcing that Hyatt’s brands continue to resonate and cater to leisure travellers.”

A franchise agreement has been signed by a Hyatt affiliate with AG Group for Il Tornabuoni Hotel in Florence, Italy.
Planned for opening next month, the Il Tornabuoni Hotel will join The Unbound Collection by Hyatt brand. It will be the first Hyatt-branded property in Florence.
A Hyatt affiliate also signed a franchise agreement with AG Group for the new hotel in the UNESCO World Heritage Site city. It is also planned for opening next month.
It also signed agreement with Alboran Hotels and Hospitality for a JdV by Hyatt hotel in Bordeaux, France.
Slated for opening next year, the 147-room property will feature a main restaurant and bar.
Under a franchise deal with SV Hotel, the Hyatt Centric brand will be launched in Germany.
The Hyatt Centric Altstadt Hamburg, which is scheduled for opening in 2025, will be located on Moenckebergstrasse.
Hyatt affiliate also signed a deal for the Hyatt Regency Madrid Residences in Spain. The new complex with 22 premium apartments will be located at Paseo de la Castellana.
