By GlobalData“The profound cultural and spiritual appeal of Lumbini, with its rich heritage, positions it as a compelling destination for travellers and locals alike.”
Earlier this year, Hyatt announced a partnership with City Hotel to rebrand Hyatt Place Kathmandu in Nepal. Following renovations, it will become Hyatt Centric Soalteemode Kathmandu.
Additionally, Hyatt has also announced the opening of Hyatt Centric Malta, the first Hyatt Centric hotel in Malta and the seventh in Europe.
This reflects Hyatt’s presence around the Mediterranean, with more than 80 properties across 13 brands. Located in St Julian’s, the hotel features 170 guest rooms with modern design elements that pay homage to Malta’s heritage.
Hyatt EAME North managing director Michel Morauw said: “The opening of Hyatt Centric Malta is an important addition to the fast-growing Hyatt Centric brand, joining six existing European properties, as we further strengthen our lifestyle and leisure portfolio in Europe.”
Hyatt Centric Malta offers a range of amenities, including a boutique wellness centre, an indoor pool, a treatment room, a hot tub, and a Finnish sauna.
The hotel offers 1,808ft² of space with three meeting rooms for business events.
