IHG Hotels & Resorts, Pelligra Group and ONE7 have revealed the transformation of their forthcoming property in Adelaide, South Australia, originally conceived as a 130-room Holiday Inn & Suites.
The decision to elevate the hotel’s status and rebrand it as Crowne Plaza Mawson Lakes underscores the quality of the development and aligns with the current escalating demand for premium meeting and event spaces.
Set to open in 2024, the Mawson Lakes site has undergone a significant evolution to emerge in the upscale hospitality space.
The refined establishment offers 155 rooms, three meeting spaces totalling 442m², a fitness centre and a bar and restaurant.
Positioned for business and leisure travellers, the Crowne Plaza Mawson Lakes is poised to make a significant mark on Adelaide’s hospitality landscape.
Matt Tripolone, managing director for IHG Australasia & Pacific, expressed enthusiasm for the collaboration.
