IHG Hotels & Resorts has announced the opening of Crowne Plaza Saint John Harbour View, expanding its presence in Canada following a conversion and extensive renovation.

The collaboration with real estate management and hospitality development company the Devansh Group of Hotels adds a sixth Canadian property for the Crowne Plaza brand.

Situated near Saint John Airport and downtown Saint John, the newly converted and renovated Crowne Plaza offers views of the port city. 

Business and leisure accommodation

With 135 guest rooms, meeting spaces, a business centre, an indoor pool, a hot tub, a fitness centre and an arcade, Crowne Plaza Saint John Harbour View accommodates both business and leisure travellers. 

The pet-friendly property also features an on-site restaurant, Harbourvue Horizon, serving all day. 

Collaboration with Devansh Group of Hotels

IHG collaborated with the Ontario-based Devansh Group of Hotels for the conversion and renovation. The group is known for real estate management and hospitality development across Canada.
