A recent survey conducted by IHG Hotels & Resorts and IFOP has unveiled a new enthusiasm among the French for food-cocktail pairings.
Surprisingly, nearly half of them (58%) now wish to explore complementary combinations, which is unexpected in a country known for its historical affinity for food and wine pairings.
In response to this growing demand, IHG Hotels & Resorts, a renowned hotel group with prestigious brands like InterContinental, Kimpton, Six Senses, Regent, and Vignette, is committed to offering a new experience that combines accommodation and dining, called the “Tour de Taste.”
This unique experience is available at five upscale French establishments:
- Kimpton St Honoré Paris
- InterContinental Paris – Le Grand
- InterContinental Bordeaux – Le Grand
- InterContinental Marseille – Hotel Dieu
- InterContinental Lyon – Hotel Dieu
Guests are invited to travel from one establishment to another and discover the specialties they offer.
