IHG Hotels & Resorts has announced the signing of a new InterContinental hotel in Saudi Arabia in partnership with RIVA Development Company.
The new build property, InterContinental Riyadh King Fahed Road, will open its doors to guests in March 2025.

Signed in May this year, the five-year MDA will see the opening of at least seven hotels in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia across IHG’s portfolio of brands.
Hotel Indigo Riyadh King Abdallah Road is the first hotel to be signed under the agreement.
InterContinental Riyadh King Fahed Road will feature 250 guest rooms and 150-unit apartments as part of InterContinental Residences.
