Evolution Hospitality’s Inn at Rancho Santa Fe Hotel in California, US, has selected ROH, a digital platform in the hospitality payment sector, to enable system automation.
This collaboration is set to enhance and transform the way the Inn at Rancho Santa Fe property manages contracting, invoicing, and payments.
ROH digital platform’s features are poised to tap the potential of contract-driven revenue, currently representing more than 60% of hotels’ payment volume, which covers everything, including meetings, events, corporate room blocks and food and beverage.
The system offered by ROH is designed to alleviate operational friction, boasting capabilities such as card-on-file and auto-payment for both corporate and individual clients.
The Inn at Rancho Santa Fe has integrated ROH’s solution since the beginning of this year.
This property, which includes more than 90 lifestyle hotels across North America, generates millions of dollars in gross payment volume.

By GlobalDataThe latest move aligns the property with other ROH clients such as Loews Hotels & Resorts, and is indicative of the platform’s growing influence across the sector.
ROH’s clients often initiate their partnership through pilot programmes that encompass up to ten properties, with the potential for expansion based on the operational success of these initial trials.
Key success metrics include a significant reduction in the average time-to-payment post-invoicing, with ROH averaging 1.76 days, and a high percentage of invoices paid early, averaging 80%.
The platform’s impact extends to improved efficiency within teams, a decrease in necessary staff, and enhanced management of ageing accounts receivable.
ROH CEO and founder Jess Conroy said: “Hotel operations meaningfully benefit from event-associated revenue being run through ROH given cash flow is paramount as property utilisation strongly rebounds.
“That revenue – everything not processed at the front desk – is a growing per cent of total industry revenue as hotels continue to look for new payment technologies to improve margins and provide a best-in-class guest experience.
“The Inn at Rancho Santa Fe has recently undergone a property revitalisation and – along with the beauty of the property – they also smartly rethought their systems and selected ROH for the visibility, accountability, and growth we provide.”
