InnVentures, a division of Highgate specialising in the management of premium select-service and extended-stay hotels, has taken on the management of two Embassy Suites hotels.
These hotels are Embassy Suites Portland Washington Square, Oregon; and the Embassy Suites Seattle Belleville, Washington, marking the company’s third and fourth Embassy Suites properties.
Embassy Suites Portland Washington Square features 356 rooms and offers amenities such as 13 meeting rooms, an indoor pool, and a fitness centre.
Embassy Suites Seattle Bellevue offers 240 rooms, a dining venue, a fitness centre, a pool, and 14,069ft² of event space, among other facilities.
With these new additions, InnVentures now manages a total of 85 properties.
The company’s portfolio is said to have seen growth in 2023, with an increase of 25 hotels across nine states.

InnVentures anticipates maintaining this momentum through the end of 2024, with plans to announce more management contracts later in the year.
These will mark the company’s entry into new markets and further expansion in existing regions.
