IHG Hotels & Resorts has announced a franchise agreement with Hann Philippines to bring back the InterContinental Hotels & Resorts brand to the Philippines.
This entails the opening of InterContinental Clark within a 450ha estate in New Clark City, joining the global network of more than 200 InterContinental Hotels & Resorts.
The estate will feature three 18-hole golf courses and will be home to what is said to be the country’s only PGA-affiliated player development facilities.
The Hann Reserve development will also include ultra-luxury residences, lifestyle commercial centres, an international school, and a 10ha public park.
IHG Hotels & Resorts Development senior director Chris Anklin said: “Hann Reserve represents one of the new waves of development growth in the market, which IHG is supporting.
“We are confident that InterContinental Clark will enhance its attractive mix of leisure, lifestyle and business offerings and we look forward to working alongside our partners to bring more of our much-loved brands to new and exciting locations across the country.”
