Saudi Arabia’s premier hotel development and management company IRIS Hotels has selected StayNTouch for its collection of boutique hotels in the country.
The partnership will see the implementation of StayNTouch’s property management systems (PMS) technology at IRIS hotels located in Saudi Arabia cities of Jizan, Taif, and Riyadh.
IRIS Hotels president and managing director Jamel Ben Amor said that StayNTouch’s PMS technology gives the company a ‘scalable architecture’ to build a flexible technological ecosystem.
The easy-to-use PMS helps improve staff productivity and allow an easy technology connectivity. It will also provide an improved mobile guest experience from check-in to check-out.
Jamel Ben Amor said: “The PMS is intuitive and easy to learn, complementing our own on-site employee training and development programmes and with guest-facing mobile check-in, we’re able to deliver a uniquely reimagined welcome experience.
“StayNTouch also empowers our staff and managers to work remotely, and manage the property from anywhere, at any time.”
