King Abdullah Financial District Development & Management Company (KAFD DMC) has awarded a fitout design and implementation contract for a hotel in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
The contract was awarded to a JV between SAUDICO and ALEC FITOUT and encompasses the complete fit-out of the 16-storey hotel.
KAFD DMC CEO Gautam Sashittal and SAUDICO CEO Bashir Al Azem formalised the agreement.
The signing agreement event was attended by SAUDICO COO Kadir Karademir, and ALEC FITOUT managing director Laurent Farge, along with other executives from the partnering companies.
Gautam Sashittal said: “With yet another state-of-the-art marvel emerging in our iconic district, it was only natural for us to partner with SAUDICO and ALEC FITOUT given their track record in delivering aesthetically pleasing and sustainable projects across the Kingdom and the GCC [Gulf Cooperation Council].”
The new hotel, situated in KAFD, will feature 210 rooms across its 26,500m² built-up area.
