Kamah Hotels & Resorts has partnered with Wyndham Hotels & Resorts for the development of four new hotels in Dubai, UAE and India.
The two parties signed a $70m deal, which includes one hotel in Dubai and three in India, under the Trademark Collection by Wyndham.
The deal marks a substantial expansion for Kamah’s portfolio, Kamah’s portfolio, which is developed by Fine Acers Group in India and Global Branded Residences (GBR) internationally, according to a press release on Zawya.
Fine Acers Group & GBR managing director Dinesh Yadav said: “After our successful collaboration with Wyndham Grand Jaipur last year, we are thrilled to further strengthen our partnership with Wyndham Hotels & Resorts.
“This partnership will see the launch of four hotels under the Kamah brand, offering an exclusive luxury and wellness experience under the Trademark Collection by Wyndham.
“The first set of properties will be located in Dubai, Coorg, Jawai and Udaipur with further expansions planned in global destinations across North America, Australia and Europe, as well as prominent leisure locations in the Indian subcontinent, such as Goa, Lonavala, and Dharamshala.”

Kamah has identified prime locations for its lifestyle, luxury, and wellness resorts.
These include the Kamah Resort in Coorg, Kamah Resort in Jawai; the Kamah Resort in Udaipur, India; as well as the luxurious Kamah Hotel at Al Jaddaf Waterfront in Dubai.
The new hotels will follow a branded residences model, offering investors the chance to own units in internationally branded hotels and resorts in sought-after leisure destinations.
The properties will be part of the Trademark Collection by Wyndham. This venture introduces the Trademark Collection to the UAE.
