Karisma Hotels & Resorts has entered a software-as-a-service (SaaS) partnership to license Latin American travel technology provider Despegar’s AI travel assistant, Sofia, to enhance its customer service.
According to the agreement, Karisma will use Sofia to bolster the hotel group’s customer service capabilities through enhanced chatbot functionalities.
With the deal in place, Karisma’s customers will now have access to a digital travel assistant that offers distinct advantages for improved travel planning and booking.
Using Despegar’s AI technology, Karisma Hotels & Resorts plans to provide tailored assistance for its guests.
