Kempinski Hotels has been selected as the operator for Kempinski Grace Bay, a luxury beachfront residence and resort in the Turks and Caicos Islands in the Atlantic Ocean.
Kempinski Hotels has been chosen by JTRE, the European real estate developer that is developing this project.

Situated on an 11-acre stretch of Grace Bay Beach in Providenciales, this luxury residence and resort will offer 431ft of white sand beachfront.
The property will be designed with low density, adhering to the Kempinski concept of ‘less is more’ to provide an exclusive and secluded experience with minimal traffic.

Three condo-style residences on the premises will be set back from the beach, forming a tropical oasis in the courtyard.
