Kimpton Hotels & Restaurants has expanded its European footprint with the debut of Kimpton BEM Budapest.

The 127-room property, situated in the heart of Budapest’s Buda district, offers guests a blend of luxury, contemporary design and Hungarian culture.

Housed in a restored 19th-century mansion, the hotel has views of the Danube River and is close to iconic landmarks such as the Fisherman’s Bastion and Matthias Church.

Designed by Marcel Wanders, the property merges contemporary aesthetics with elements of Hungarian folklore.

Kimpton BEM Budapest features 127 guest rooms, including 11 suites.

The hotel’s culinary offerings include AGOS, a signature restaurant serving Mediterranean cuisine with a Hungarian twist, Fennen, a rooftop bar with panoramic city views, and Bar Huso, a lounge inspired by the Danube.
