A 24/7 To Go corner will cater to guests on the move, while the adjacent Dining Area will offer breakfast options.

Among other amenities to be provided at the property include a rooftop bar and restaurant, a pool, a fitness centre, and a Sonoma country garden.

Landmark Hotels president Shawn Sweeney said: “We expect the hotel to be completed and receive its first guests by late 2026.

“We celebrate with our project partners and the community and thank everyone who has contributed to making this groundbreaking happen.”

The announcement comes on the heels of Hyatt Hotels‘ addition of Cheyenne Mountain Resort to its Destination by Hyatt brand in Colorado Springs.

It has 316 guestrooms and suites along with amenities such as five swimming pools and access to 16 tennis courts, and more.
