Lemon Tree Hotels has signed for a new hotel at Kota, Rajasthan, India, which is set for opening in fiscal year 2025.
The upcoming Keys Prima by Lemon Tree Hotels, Kota will be managed by Carnations Hotels, a fully owned subsidiary of Lemon Tree Hotels.
The city is known for its educational institutes and rich heritage, offering a blend of historical and modern attractions.
The new hotel will provide 58 guest rooms, a restaurant, banquet facilities, meeting rooms, a swimming pool, and a fitness centre.
The hotel’s location is a short distance from Kota Airport and connected to Jaipur International Airport and Kota Junction Railway Station.
The property’s strategic position also offers easy access to road transport for both public and private commuters.

The latest announcement comes after Lemon Tree Hotels recently signed for a new property, Lemon Tree Hotel, Morbi, scheduled to open in the financial year 2029.
