Hospitality group Lemon Tree Hotels has bolstered its presence across India with the signing of a new hotel, Lemon Tree Hotel, Gir, Gujarat.

The property, which is slated to launch in the fiscal year (FY) 2030, will be managed by Lemon Tree Hotels subsidiary Carnation Hotels.

The group has marked its international presence with openings in Dubai in December 2019 and Bhutan in February 2020, with further international expansion planned in Bhutan and Nepal.

The company’s network currently includes more than 160 hotels, including over 60 hotels in the pipeline, both in India and internationally.

The latest move follows Lemon Tree Hotels’ announcement of a licence agreement for a new hotel in Amritsar, Punjab, which is due to open in FY 2028.
