Hospitality group Lemon Tree Hotels has signed a new property in Ranchi in the Indian state of Jharkhand.
The Lemon Tree Hotel, Ranchi is scheduled to welcome guests starting from fiscal 2027 and will be managed by Carnations Hotels, a fully owned Lemon Tree Hotels subsidiary.
This upcoming establishment will have 65 rooms, complemented by a variety of amenities, including a restaurant, a rooftop bar, banquet spaces, and meeting rooms.
Guests will also have access to leisure facilities such as a swimming pool and a fitness centre.
Lemon Tree Hotel will be located approximately 5km from Birsa Munda Airport and 7km from Ranchi Junction railway station.
Ranchi, the capital city of Jharkhand, is often referred to as the “City of Waterfalls” due to its numerous natural waterfalls.

Since its inception in May 2004, Lemon Tree Hotels boasts a portfolio that includes over 200 hotels with more than 110 operational properties.
The company plans to open over 80 hotels both within India and internationally.
In September, the Indian hospitality company revealed plans for another new hotel in Gir, Gujarat.
The 74-room Lemon Tree Hotel, Sasan Gir is anticipated to commence operations in 2026.
