The two hotels are expected to be operational by October this year in Dapoli.

Besides pristine beaches, Dapoli is known for its historical temples, caves and forts.
In addition to 50 guest rooms, Lemon Tree Hotel, Dapoli will feature a swimming pool, a restaurant, banquet spaces, a bar, a fitness centre and other public spaces.
Keys Lite by Lemon Tree Hotels in Sylvan, Dapoli will feature 20 guest rooms, and offer amenities including a swimming pool, indoor and outdoor gaming facilities, and banquet lawns, among others.
The hotels will be operated by Lemon Tree’s fully owned subsidiary and hotel management unit Carnation Hotels
Commenting on the development, Carnation Hotels CEO Mahesh Aiyer was quoted by Economic Times as saying: “We are delighted to announce two hotel signings in Dapoli with our valued partner, PRS Hospitality Infrastructure Development (I) Pvt. Ltd. We already have eight operational hotels in the state, in Mumbai, Pune and Aurangabad, another two upcoming in Mumbai and, now, two in Dapoli.
“We have found that Maharashtra has immense tourism and business potential and are looking at adding more hotels and resorts in the state to our existing portfolio.”
This latest announcement comes after Lemon Tree Hotels launched its eighth property in the Indian state of Uttarakhand in December 2022.
The new hotel, which is located at Mukteshwar, features 41 rooms and suites besides a multi-cuisine restaurant and bar.
