UK-based business property adviser Christie & Co has listed the Loch Kinord Hotel in Aberdeenshire for sale at a guide price of £1.25m ($1.57m) for the freehold interest.

The hotel, which has been owned by the same family for the past 26 years, is now being sold as the owners intend to shift their focus to other interests.

Situated in Dinnet, Loch Kinord Hotel is said to be a ‘profitable’ establishment adjacent to the Muir of Dinnet Nature Reserve.

It is five miles from Ballater and Aboyne and within a 30-minute drive from Balmoral Castle and Crathie Church.

Aberdeen and Aberdeen Dyce Airport are both approximately an hour away.
