Lodging Dynamics Hospitality Group has appointed Lisa Carlson as its new chief operating officer (COO), bringing three decades of leadership experience to the role.

Carlson has a background in managing more than 45 hotels across multiple states, with the ability to drive operational improvements and enhance financial performance.

Her capabilities include launching, repositioning, and managing hotel renovations to elevate portfolio profitability.

Her appointment is expected to further Lodging Dynamics’ commitment to creating value for both hotel owners and guests.

She is a known figure within the hospitality industry, exemplified by her tenure as chair of the General Managers Advisory Board for IHG.

Her recognition includes the March of Dimes Minnesota Volunteer of the Year Award and Duluth’s 20 Under 40 Award, which commends her professional and community contributions.

The resort will be managed by Lodging Dynamics and serve as a gateway to Sedona’s culture and outdoor adventures.
