Hotel management brand Lords Hotels and Resorts is broadening its footprint in India with the signing of Lords Inn Katra, located in Jammu and Kashmir.
Expected to open in early 2025, the new property will feature 52 rooms, a rooftop restaurant, a spa and therapy centre, among other facilities.
It will be situated near the Katra railway station and 300 metres from the Yatra commencement point to Shri Mata Vaishno Devi Temple.
Lords Hotels and Resorts operations and development vice president Vikas Suri said: “To maximise further growth and expansion opportunities, we are delighted to consolidate our presence in Jammu and Kashmir with the opening of our second property in this region. The hotel will offer top-class accommodation and the finest services at competitive rates.”

This announcement comes just after the company acquired a new property in Purulia, West Bengal.
