Marina Bay Sands has announced the launch of a new brand vision and campaign named ‘Above Beyond’ aimed at transforming the guest and hospitality experience.
The transformation is part of the $1.75bn reinvestment programme, which was first announced in 2022 and has progressed in phases.
Marina Bay Sands has reached a milestone in the programme with the launch of the Paiza Collection, comprising first-class rooms and suites, across all three hotel towers.
The Paiza Collection is a central element of the property’s multi-year journey towards elevating its brand and service and includes the Chairman, Presidential, Skyline and Horizon Suites.
The Presidential and Skyline Suites offer a golf simulator with more than 45 famous golf courses while the Horizon Suite which is into wellness offers a Himalayan salt wall, massage tables, and a hammam shower.
Around 1,540 new rooms, including 635 suites, have so far been completed, and the original rooms have been retired.
