Marriott Hotels, a part of Marriott Bonvoy’s portfolio of brands, has opened Munich Marriott Hotel City West in Germany.
Located in the Westend district of Munich, the hotel boasts the Greatroom Lobby, which includes the westhub bar and lounge.
Munich Marriott Hotel City West General Manager René Mooren said: “As the epitome of modernity and event innovation in the city, Munich Marriott Hotel City West will set new standards both nationally and globally. Our unparalleled design, uncompromising hospitality and outstanding culinary experiences are sure to captivate both business and leisure guests.
“The infusion of innovative technology and the intricate detailing of the design narrative throughout the hotel has truly impressed me. Even the bespoke uniforms, thoughtfully created by a Munich-based designer, reflect and enhance the overarching design concept.”
The hotel’s 398 guestrooms provide keyless access, while their design elements, such as lion head motifs on the walls, reflect the local culture.
It provides 20 meeting and event spaces spanning a total area of 2,440m² across two floors. These event spaces include a 916m² grand ballroom and a rooftop terrace with a capacity to accommodate up to 400 guests.
